No, however we HIGHLY recommend making a reservation within our app to ensure your spot. Our play sessions have a limited capacity to create the best experience for all of our guests. Walk-ins will only be welcomed if a play session is not full.

Play sessions are 2 hours. Play time can be extended at extra cost if space allows. We control the capacity of the space to maintain a comfortable environment for both kids and caregivers.

In order to keep our play area clean, shoes are NOT allowed past the play gate. We ask that both children AND adults wear socks. Crawlers & toddlers are welcome to go barefoot if they have sensory issues. Special considerations will be made for anyone with unique mobility needs.

No! We are not a daycare. The caregiver who signed the waiver is ultimately responsible for your child. We have play hosts who will routinely clean the space and will be available if questions or concerns arise.

We ask that grace and empathy be shown to parents and children who may be struggling with emotional regulation. Our play rules are posted throughout the space, and we have a calm down room for guests needing less stimulation to gather their thoughts and reflect on the situation.

The play space is cleaned frequently throughout the day with Force of Nation non-toxic cleaning supplies. We also have a designated "yuck" bucket for toys that go in the mouth which receives extra cleaning.
